For the owner and the office
Fire extinguisher service software
PunchTag runs the service side of a small extinguisher company: what's due, what each tech did on site, and what to bill, without re-typing a clipboard.
Early access: features are labeled by when they arrive. We'd rather tell you what's coming than promise it.

Never miss a 6-year or hydro
Due dates come from each unit's type and history, and a site's anniversary month keeps every unit on one visit. The office opens one list and sees next month's work. The same rules power our free due-date calculator.
Bill everything you did
Every recharge, hydro, new unit and loaner recorded on site lands in that visit's services list, ready to export for invoicing. The work your techs do in the field is the work you bill.
Reports your customers and fire marshal accept
Each visit produces a branded PDF with every unit, pass or fail, red tags and their reasons, and each tech's license number. It's emailed to the customer once the visit has synced. See what goes on inspection tags and what inspections typically cost.
Questions
What is fire extinguisher service software?
Software that runs the business side of extinguisher work: which customers and units are due, what each tech did on site, recharges, swaps and red tags, the customer report, and what to invoice.
Does PunchTag connect to QuickBooks?
Not at launch. At launch you get an invoice-ready CSV of services and parts for every visit, which most accounting tools can import. A direct QuickBooks Online connection is planned after launch.
Does it do quotes for failed extinguishers?
Failed items are recorded with the fix and an optional photo at launch, and the office sees every open deficiency. Turning them into quotes the customer approves is planned for the next version.
Is it for sprinkler and alarm work too?
Not yet. PunchTag does portable extinguishers first, for companies with 1 to 10 technicians.
Save your founding spot
We're onboarding a small group of extinguisher companies first. PunchTag is free while we're in early access. When billing starts, founding customers keep the Crew plan for $49 a month for as long as they stay subscribed.
